准中征沙村区块定向防塌钻井液技术

Anti-caving drilling fluid for directional well in Zhengshacun Oilfield, middle Junggar Basin

 征沙村区块地质构造复杂,直井施工中井壁失稳严重,完井时效长。为保证定向钻完井成功率,根据区块地质情况及钻井液技术难点分析,确定了钻井液体系优选思路。在优选主要处理剂的基础上,研发了铝胺抑制防塌钻井液体系。实验结果表明,该体系具有较强的抑制性及封堵性,油层保护性能好。该体系在征沙村区块征1 ̄斜3井和征1 ̄斜5井进行了现场应用,通过辅助相应的钻井液现场维护处理工艺,施工中井壁稳定,润滑防卡、油层保护效果好,钻井时效和完井时效明显提高,达到了优快钻井的目的。
 With complex geologic structure in Zhengshacun Oilfield, middle Block 1, Junggar Basin, borehole wall is seriously instable and completion time is long. In order to drill directional well successfully, the geologic structure and technology difficulty of drilling fluid are analyzed, and an aluminium and amine drilling fluid with anti-caving agent is developed. The drilling fluid has high inhibition, high formation sealing function and good reservoir protection. Applying this drilling fluid in Well Zheng 1-X3 and Well Zheng 1-X5 resulted in good effect. With the maintenance and handling technics onsite, borehole wall was stable during the course of drilling, and the effect of lubricating on anti-sticking and reservoir protection is good. Drilling efficiency and completion are heightened and the goal of optimal and fast drilling is achieved.
