摘要
为解决三元复合驱试验过程中非均质区块吸水剖面反转现象比较严重的问题,通过室内物理实验,对吸水剖面反转现象的机理进行了分析研究,并结合矿场实际,研究应用了控制吸水剖面反转的改善方法。结果表明,油藏非均质性和三元体系中聚合物质量浓度是影响吸水剖面反转现象的主要因素,可以通过调剖、分层和调整聚合物质量浓度等方法进行改善。对矿场试验区存在吸水剖面反转问题的55口注聚井进行调整,其中38口井得到有效改善,区块日增油28 t,平均含水率下降了3.7百分点,阶段采收率比方案预计提高了0.8百分点。
Abstract
ASP flooding technology has come to field test stage in China, now they are facing the phenomenon of fluid entry profile reverse that occurs in some blocks with relatively severe heterogeneity, physical experiment and field tests have been conducted to resolve the problem. The result shows that heterogeneity and polymer fluid concentration are the key factors to the phenomenon, and which can be improved by fluid entry profile adjustment, layering, and polymer fluid concentration adjustment. In field tests, 55 injectors have been adjusted by the technology above, 38 wells have been effectively improved, the daily oil increase is 28 tons, and water cut decrease 3.7%, stage recovery increase is 0.8%.
