摘要
水平井多级压裂是致密气藏开采的重要手段,而水平井多级压裂的参数组合对致密气藏开发至关重要。传统的数值模拟研究方法将裂缝参数等影响因素独立考虑,忽略了它们之间的相互影响和相互制约作用,不能得到多因素共同作用对采收率的影响关系式。为此,文中首先选取了对致密气藏水平井多级压裂有显著影响的参数,根据参数的不同取值范围,采用Box?鄄Behnken设计不同的试验方案,按照试验方案得到综合各因素影响的响应曲面,建立了致密气藏水平井多级压裂的快速评价模型;最后验证了评价模型的可靠性,并运用评价模型分析了各因素的影响程度以及交互影响情况。
Abstract
Multi-stage fracturing of horizontal wells is an important means of exploitation of tight gas reservoirs, and the parameter combination of multi-stage fracturing of horizontal wells is essential. Traditional numerical simulation methods cannot get recovery under the multiple factors because they consider the fracture parameters individually instead of considering the interaction among the fracture parameters. This paper first chooses parameters which have a significant influence on multi-stage fracturing of horizontal wells, according to the values of the parameters and using Box-Behnken design of different experimental program, we obtain the response surface. As a result, we established a rapid evaluation model of multi-stage fracturing of horizontal wells in tight gas reservoir. Finally, we proved the reliability of the simplified model and analyzed the degree of influence of each factor and interaction situations by the evaluation model.
