摘要
泥页岩抑制剂是针对泥页岩地层开发出的一类抑制剂,一直是钻井液性能研究的重要课题,主要用于提高水基钻井液钻遇泥页岩时的抑制性,防止井壁坍塌及钻头泥包。文中介绍了由小阳离子单体、丙烯基单体及小分子有机胺等原料合成的泥页岩抑制剂样品。采用泡片观察法、体积防膨率法、高温高压线性防膨率法和表观黏度抑制率法,评价了样品的抑制性。实验结果表明,LFW ̄1样品的抑制性最强。对比评价LFW-1,NH-1和FCC201聚胺抑制剂的抑制性及其对现场聚合物钻井液性能的影响,结果表明:LFW-1的体积防膨率、高温高压线性防膨率和表观黏度抑制率均高于NH-1,略低于FCC201,表现出很强的抑制性;LFW-1和FCC201对钻井液流变性和滤失量的影响很小,而NH ̄1则增加了黏度和滤失量。LFW-1在膨润土浆中加量为1.5%时,润滑系数降低率为32.6%,对模拟钻头有很好的防泥包作用。
Abstract
Being a kind of inhibitor for shale formation, shale inhibitor has always been an important research for drilling fluid. It is mainly used to improve the inhibition of water-based drilling fluid during drilling to shale formation and prevent hole collapse and bit balling. Synthesis of shale inhibitor by the small cationic monomer, acrylic monomer and small molecule organic amine is evaluated in this paper. Volume anti-swelling rate method, high temperature and high pressure linear anti-swelling rate method, apparent viscosity inhibition rate and bubble sheet observation are used to evaluate their inhibitory. The results show that the inhibitory of LFW-1 sample is the strongest. The inhibitory of LFW-1, NH-1 and FCC201 and their impacts on the field polymer drilling fluid are also compared, which shows that LFW-1′s volume anti-swelling rate, high temperature and high pressure linear anti-swelling rate, and apparent viscosity inhibition rate are higher than NH-1′s and slightly lower than FCC201′s, which shows strong inhibitory; LFW-1 and FCC201 has little effect on the drilling fluid rheology and filtrate loss; NH-1 increases viscosity and filtrate loss. When 1.5% of FLW-1 is added in soil slurry, the reduced rate of lubrication coefficient is 32.6%, it has a good anti-balling effect on simulated bit.
