PSK多级滑套水力喷射分段压裂技术的应用
——以镇北油田水平井为例

目前各油田应用的水平井分段改造技术中,水力喷射分段压裂技术由于入井工具较少、现场施工简单,近年来在长庆油田低渗透油藏水平井得到了广泛应用。但前期水力喷射钻具效率较低,施工中换钻具次数较多,影响了水平井试油压裂速度。文中在调研各大油田水平井水力喷射分段压裂技术的基础上,通过工艺改进和现场应用,形成了PSK多级滑套水力喷射分段压裂技术。现场试验表明,该套工具性能稳定,能够实现水平井多段有效分压,单趟钻具能够施工5~6段以上,大大缩短了施工周期,提高了施工效率。
Based on the researches of staged fracturing technology for horizontal wells of major oilfields in our country, it is considered that there are three kinds of staged fracturing technologies for horizontal well to be used. In them, the hydraulic jet staged fracturing technology has been widely used in the low permeability reservoir of Changqing Oilfield in recent years because the tool is needed to be less and field construction is simple. At earlier stage, the efficiency of drilling tools for hydraulic jet was low and the times of drilling tool replacement was more in the construction, which affected the fracturing testing speed of horizontal well. This paper presents staged fracturing technology with PSK multistage sliding sleeve jet based on the researches of staged fracturing technology for horizontal wells of major oilfields and through technology improvement and field application. Field test results show that the performance of this set of tools is stable and can achieve the partial pressure of horizontal wells, single pass drilling tools can work more than 5-6 pieces, which greatly shortens the construction period and improves the construction efficiency.
