摘要
目前油田生产中抽油泵漏失、抽油杆系统效率低等问题严重,增油短节作为一种成本低廉、使用方便的井下工具,具有减少冲程损失、减轻偏磨、减少漏失、提高泵效的功能。通过理论分析,阐述了增油短节作用机理;结合现场应用,优化了增油短节排布,得出了其最佳安装数量、理论提升抽油杆系统效率最大值,以及两者的计算模型。
Abstract
At present, the pump leakage and low efficiency of rod system are serious problems in the procedure of oilfield development. As one kind of low-cost and convenient tool, stimulative nipple is effective in stroke loss reducing, eccentric wear and leakage mitigating, pump efficiency improving. Through theoretical analysis and combined with field application, this paper elaborated the mechanism of stimulative nipple. Through the improvement of stimulative nipple configuration, the optimal number of installation and the maximum of efficiency promotion were drawn. The calculation model for installation number and efficiency promotion of stimulative nipple were built.
