The water cut and recovery percent are the key indicators of field development. But at present, the relationship between water cut and recovery percent can not be obtained for low permeability reservoir with theoretical methods because of its non-Darcy flow characteristics. Taking four-spot pattern as an example, this paper uses the element analysis method and flow line integral method of oil-water two phase flow to deduce the calculation method for development indicators of low and ultralow permeability reservoirs. Based on this, the relationship curve between water cut and recovery percent is obtained. The application results of real field show that this method has certain reliability. It can provide theoretic foundation for development indicator prediction, development design and water flooding development evaluation of oil reservoirs.
