摘要
四川盆地长宁 ̄威远页岩气示范区油层套管固井时,由于井眼不规则,水平段长,水泥浆与油基钻井液兼容性差,钻井液密度高、黏切大,难以实现高效顶替,而且后期大型改造易造成套管变形、环空气窜等现象。针对以上难点,通过室内与现场试验探索,形成了一套页岩气水平井固井技术,从而提高了页岩气水平井的顶替效率和体积压裂下的井筒密封性,为下一步页岩气水平井固井提供了有益的借鉴。
Abstract
Due to the cementing problems such as unregular hole, long horizontal section, low compatibility of mud slurry and oil-base drilling fluid and drilling fluid density, it′s difficult to displace effectively in casing cementing in Changning-Weiyuan shale gas reservoir of Sichuan Basin. The after-stimulation will result in casing deformation and annular gas migration. The improving displacement efficiency technology for shale horizontal well is formed by lab test and field application. The wellbore sealing under volume fracturing will provide a useful reference for the cementing of shale horizontal well.
