摘要
针对常规分层注水管柱带压作业下钻不能有效封堵油管,起钻前常规油管堵塞器因不能通过封隔器、配水器等小孔径工具封堵油管导致的投送不到位等问题,设计了带压作业分层注水工艺管柱,并研发出配套工具。该管柱既解决了带压下钻油管封堵问题,又能为再次带压作业封堵油管提供便利条件,解决了过封隔器、配水器等小孔径工具(?准46 mm)封堵常规油管(?准62 mm)的问题,实现了全程带压作业。现场应用表明,带压作业分层注水工艺管柱提高了施工效率,节约了施工费用,具有良好的推广前景。
 
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of the ineffective plugging before snubbing in the conventional separated water injection well and the ineffective plugging oil tubing before pulling out of hole because the conventional tubing packer can not plug to reach the designated position through the packer, small aperture tools such as water distributor, separate water injection snubbing string and matching tools were developed, which can plug nomal tube by passing through the packer, water distributor and other little-channel tools to realize a whole operation under pressure. Field application shows that the snubbing operation of separate water injection string improves construction efficiency, saves cost and has good popularizing prospect.
