摘要
酸压过程中经常存在酸液滤失的问题,并且滤失量直接关系到工艺的增产效果。酸液滤失主要受化学、物理2方面因素的控制,酸压作业中无法有效测定滤失量,仅能依据室内实验结果判定、论证酸压效果。文中通过研究酸压滤失体积的实验表征与计算方法,在酸压实验中由突破体积确定滤失体积,经理论计算,可对酸压措施的设计和施工进行指导,从而为提高酸压作业的成功率及效果提供保障。
Abstract
The leakoff problems exist in acid fracturing and leak-off quantity is directly related to the stimulation effect of technology. Acid leakoff is mainly composed of chemical and physical leak-offs. Leak-off quantity can not be effectively measured in the process of acid fracturing and the effect of acid fracturing is only determined from laboratory experiments. This paper studies the representation and calculation method of leak-off volume for acid fracturing and determines the leak-off volume by breakthrough volume. Through the theoretical calculation method, the design and operation of well stimulation are guided, which provides guarantees for the success of acid fracturing.
