摘要
张海29 ̄38L井是部署在埕海2 ̄2人工岛的一口三开大位移定向井,最大水平位移2 625.38 m,最大井斜76.24°,三开滑动钻进井段频繁出现托压、压差卡钻现象。于是尝试应用了水力振荡器,其工作原理是通过自身产生的纵向振动,来提高滑动钻进过程中钻压传递的有效性和减少钻具与井壁之间的摩阻。张海29 ̄38L井应用结果表明,应用水力振荡器井段比未使用该工具井段的机械钻速提高了218%,提速效果非常显著。水力振荡器在该井的成功应用,为探索大位移井钻井提速提供了有益的借鉴。
Abstract
Well Zhanghai 29-38L is deployed in Chenghai 2-2 artificial island as extended reach well with horizontal displacement of 2,625.38 m, maximum inclination of 76.24°. Backing pressure and differential pressure sticking frequently occur during the third-spud sliding drilling, so the hydraulic oscillator is tried to be used, whose working principle is the longitudinal vibration by itself to improve the effective transmission of sliding drilling WOB and reduce the friction between the drill string and borehole wall. The results of field application show that compared with the well section no use of this tool, in the well section used hydraulic oscillator, ROP is increased by 218%, getting very significant effect; the successful application of hydraulic oscillator in Well Zhanghai 29-38L provides the beneficial reference for the penetration rate raising of extended reach well.
