摘要
准噶尔盆地吉木萨尔凹陷是新疆油田重要的资源接替区域和“新疆大庆”建设的主战场,但该区域三叠系、二叠系地层胶结致密,研磨性强,可钻性差,机械钻速低,严重影响了勘探进程。为了提高钻探效率,在吉木萨尔地区4口预探井的部分井段应用了自激振荡式冲击钻井工具。文中介绍了自激振荡式冲击钻井工具的工作原理、技术特点和使用要求,以及该工具在吉木萨尔地区的应用情况。现场试验结果表明,自激振荡式冲击钻井工具性能稳定,质量可靠,能量利用率高,可有效提高钻头破岩效率,提速效果明显。该工具的使用为吉木萨尔地区钻井提速提供了一种有效手段。
Abstract
Jimsar Depression of Junggar Basin is an important region of Xinjiang Oilfield which has rich energy resources. However, Triassic and Permian formations are dense, grinding is strong, the speed of well drilling is slow and drillability is poor in this area, which seriously affect the exploration routine. In order to improve the rate of penetration(ROP), the self-oscillation impact drilling tool is used in four exploration wells of Jimsar Area. This paper introduces the workings, technology characteristics and experimental application of the self-oscillation impact drilling tool in Jimsar Area. The results show that this tool is stable in performance and reliable in quality. It can obviously improve the rock breaking efficiency and penetration rate. The use of this tool provides an effective method for improving drilling rate in Jimsar Area.
