摘要
TP267X井为托普台2区块首口三开结构开发井,该井地质条件复杂,二开裸眼段长达5 228 m。为进一步提速提效和安全钻进,实钻过程中实施了一系列工程及钻井液措施,主要包括:通过“三低、一高、两及时”防止上部地层阻卡,优选二叠系钻井液密度,处理好井壁失稳和井漏的平衡;下部地层使用扭力冲击器配合PDC钻头快速钻进,防止井壁失稳;二开中完作业精细化操作;短半径小井眼合理调整好钻井液流变性等措施,钻井周期比设计节约20 d,较四开制邻井最大节约周期72 d,全井安全无故障,提速提效创该区块最好水平。
Abstract
Well TP267X is a first simplified well bore configuration development well in Tuoputai 2 Block. In this block, the geological condition is complex and the open hole section is up to 5,228 m in the second open. In order to further improve the drilling speed and realize safe drilling, in the process of actual drilling, a series of technical measures are taken such as preventing choke in upper layer, selecting drilling proper fluid density for Permian strata to to deal with the borehole wall instability and the balance of lost circulation, using torsion impacter combined with PDC bit to prevent the borehole wall instability in lower layer, reasonablely adjusting the rheological property of drilling fluid for the short-radius slim hole drilling and meticulously operating in the second open. The cycle of 19 d is saved. Compared with the neighboring wells in the forth open, the cycle of 72 d is saved with a safe operation. The effect of improving speed and efficiency is the best in this block.
