摘要
在室内建立双锥双入口型水力旋流器分离效率评价装置,利用正交试验设计采出液预处理室内实验,探索双锥双入口型水力旋流器分离效率与操作参数的关系,确定最佳操作条件以提高双锥双入口型水力旋流器的分离效率。同时,将Designer Expert软件数值模拟结果与正交试验结果进行对比,结果基本吻合。最后,研究分离介质物性参数随操作参数的变化,并分析其对水力旋流器分离效率的影响。
Abstract
The separation efficiency evaluation device of two-cone two-inlet hydrocyclone was established in door. The experiment was designed by the orthogonal experiment to explore the relationship between the separation efficiency and operation parameters of two-cone two-inlet hydrocyclone. The best operating condition was determined to improve the separation efficiency of two-cone two-inlet hydrocylone. At the same time, the numerical simulation result of Designer Expert software was compared with the result of orthogonal experiment and the compared results are identical. The changes of physical parameters with operation conditions were studied and the influence on the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone was analyzed.
