摘要
采用核孔膜过滤实验,研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)分子线团半径与核孔膜孔喉直径以及砾岩油藏孔喉的匹配关系。通过对聚合物溶液过滤后核孔膜的过滤速率、质量浓度及黏度的分析可知,分子质量小于3.57×107 Dalton的HPAM能够顺利通过孔喉直径大于0.70 μm的核孔膜,但在孔喉直径小于0.70 μm的核孔膜上产生明显滞留。随着HPAM分子质量的增加,聚合物溶液的过滤速率降低,且更易于发生分子滞留。分子质量小于3.57×107 Dalton的聚合物均不会对渗透率大于55.4×10-3 μm2的砾岩油藏造成严重堵塞。HPAM的分子线团半径与核孔膜孔喉直径的匹配关系对研究其与砾岩油藏孔喉的匹配关系具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract
Matching relationship between the polymer molecular size in the partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) solution and the pore size in nuclepore membrane was studied using nuclepore membrane filtration and laser nanometer. The filtration rate, concentration and viscosity after polymer solution filtrates the nuclear pore membrane was analyzed. The results show that the HPAM solution with molecular weight no more than of 3.57 × 107 Dalton can easily pass through nuclepore membrane with diameter no less than 0.7 μm, but obvious molecular retention was found while diameter was less than 0.7 μm. With the increasing of molecular weight, the filtration rate of HPAM solution decreases, and the retention of HPAM molecular on the membrane is more likely to occur. Accordingly, the conglomerate reservoir with water permeability more than 55.4 md could not be blocked by those polymers with molecular weight less than 3.57 × 107 Dalton. Therefore, certain matching relationship exists between polymer molecular size and pore size of nuclepore membrane. This has guiding significance for studing the matching relationship between polymer molecular size and pore throat of conglomerate reservoir.
