摘要
针对目前页岩气水平井固井中套管浮箍浮鞋可靠性低、关井不严、磨塞困难等问题,研制了固井碰压关井阀。其工作原理是,利用固井胶塞作为驱动部件,固井碰压时的压力作为驱动力,移动滑套永久关闭井底液流通道。室内试验及现场应用结果表明:碰压阀关闭压力为14 MPa,并可根据销钉直径来调节关闭压力;正向和反向均可承压25 MPa以上。该工具操作简便,易于安装,可靠性高,可与浮箍浮鞋配合使用,能够有效提高水平井固井作业后的井下关井成功率,降低水平井磨塞风险,防止因水泥浆倒流造成的水平段窜槽和微环隙的产生,对提高页岩气水平井固井质量具有积极的意义。
Abstract
Aimed at the low reliability of float collar and float shoe in cementing of shale gas horizontal well and difficulties of grinding cement plug, a new cementing bumping shut-in valve has been developed. The structure and working principle of the tool are introduced in this paper. In order to shut in the well, cementing plug and bump pressure are used as driving part and driving force. Then, the sliding sleeve is moved and the flow passage of bottom hole is permanently closed. The laboratory test and field application show that the shut-n pressure is 14 MPa and can be adjusted by the pin diameter. The forward and reverse of tool can withstand the pressure of more than 25 MPa. The tool has the advantages of simple operation, easy installation and high reliability. It can be used in conjunction with floating hoop shoe and can effectively increase the shut-in success rate of horizontal well after cementing operation. It also can reduce the risk of grinding cement plug and prevent horizontal section from channeling and micro annulus causing due to the backflow of slurry, which has a positive meaning for improving the cementing quality of shale gas horizontal well.
