摘要
百色油田那读组储层具有岩石胶结疏松、水敏性极强的特征,为了提高井壁稳定性及保护油气层,提出了使用油基钻井液。文中通过广泛技术调研形成油基钻井液基础配方,并对其进行常规性能、抗污染性、抑制性及润滑性评价;针对基础配方黏切偏低,对配方中的提切剂加量进行了优选,形成了一套油基钻井液体系方案,并在该区块第1口水平井K8 ̄6HF井进行了首次应用。现场应用表明,油基钻井液性能稳定,失水低,泥饼质量好,井壁稳定性好,封堵防塌能力强,携岩性好,满足现场施工要求,为解决该区块井壁失稳及油气层保护问题提供了新的工艺技术。
Abstract
Nadu Formation reservoir of Baise Oilfield is characterized by loose cementation and strong water sensitivity. In order to improve the wellbore stability and protect reservoir, the well was decided to use oil-based drilling fluid. Through extensive technology research, a basic oil-based drilling fluid composition was determined and its characteristics were tested, such as conventional property, cuttings and water-resistant ability, inhibitory and lubricity. For its low viscosity and gels, the amount of shear strengthening agent was optimized. And a set of oil-based drilling fluid systems were formed and applied in Well K8-6HF. Field application shows that the oil-based drilling fluid has such advantages as stable properties, low fluid loss, good mud cake, strong plugging capability and cuttings carrying capability. The oil-based drilling fluid can meet the field operation and provide a new idea for the wellbore instability and reservoir protection in this area.
