摘要
在简要评述目前比较常用的流变模式基础上,对林伯亨提出的流变模式进行了改进,得到了一种新的四参数流变模式。利用回归分析的数学方法,选用水基、油基、高密度、聚合物和甲酸盐5种不同类型的钻井液实验数据,拟合出不同流变模式的流变参数,并对拟合结果进行对比。结果表明:改进得到的新流变模式与宾汉、幂律、H ̄B以及林伯亨模式相比,拟合效果最好,可以很好地描述不同种类钻井液的流变性。
Abstract
Based on the brief review of more commonly used rheological model, a new drilling fluid rheological model was proposed after improving the Lin Boheng′s rheological model. The regression analysis method was used to fit the rheological parameters of different types of rheological models. The rheological models were regressed and analyzed by testing data of water-based, oil-based, high-density, polymer and formate drilling fluid and the fitted results are compared. Results show that the new model is the best which can well describe the rheological property of different drilling fluids compared with Bingham, Power law, H-B and Lin Boheng′s rheological models.
