Staged fracturing technology of horizontal well for tight oil reservoir
in south Ordos Basin

鄂尔多斯盆地南部中生界油藏资源丰富,但储层物性差、非均质性强,部分区块微裂缝发育,压裂改造是经济有效开发的主要途径。华北分公司通过不断攻关、试验和研究,初步形成了针对不同储层类型的水平井分段压裂设计优化技术、不同完井方式下的分段压裂工艺配套技术和配套的低伤害压裂液体系。文中对鄂尔多斯盆地南部致密油藏水平井分段压裂技术现状进行了阐述,并针对致密油藏的储层特点及水平井分段压裂的技术难点提出了今后研究的方向,对切实提高致密油藏水平井分段压裂改造效果具有重要的指导意义。
In the south of Ordos Basin, Mesozoic reservoirs resources are rich, but reservoir porosity and permeability are poor, heterogeneity is strong and microfractures develop in some blocks. Fracturing is the main way to get cost-effective development. Through continuous researches and tests, SINOPEC Huabei Company had formed the staged fracturing optimization techniques for different types of horizontal wells and the matching technologies of staged fracturing and matching low-damage fracturing fluid systems for different completion methods. This paper elaborated the status of staged fracturing technology for horizontal well in south of Ordos Basin. It also pointed out the future direction of research aimed at the reservoir characteristics and technical difficulties of staged fracturing, which had important guiding significance for effectively improving the fracturing effect of horizontal well in tight oil reservoir.
