摘要
水平井缝网压裂在提高低渗致密油藏水平井产能、延长稳产时间方面发挥了重要作用。目前,针对低渗致密油藏缝网压裂裂缝参数优化的研究还很少,且普遍没有考虑储层的低渗特点。为此,文中考虑了启动压力梯度和井筒摩阻的影响,采用Eclipse数值模拟工具,建立了缝网压裂的模型;并运用正交试验设计优化思路,以黄陵长6浅层低渗透致密储层为基础,开展了水平井缝网压裂裂缝参数优化研究;分析了缝网特征对缝网压裂改造效果的影响,为缝网压裂裂缝参数优化提供了一套完整思路。黄陵地区现场应用了11口井,均取得了良好效果,为低渗致密油藏水平井缝网压裂设计提供了有效指导。
Abstract
Network fracturing for horizontal well is an advanced technology of low permeability and tight oil reservoir development. It has played an important role in increasing the productivity of horizontal well and prolonging the stable production period. At present, the fracture parameter optimization of network fracturing in low permeability and tight oil reservoir is still scarce, in general, research didn′t consider the low permeability characteristics of reservoir. Using the Eclipse numerical simulation method and orthogonal optimization design, a network fracturing production model was established in consideration of the existence of threshold pressure gradient and the horizontal wellbore friction. Based on the characteristics of Huangling Chang 6 low permeability and tight oil reservoir, the fracture parameters of network fracturing for horizontal well were optimized. The influence of fracture network characteristics on the effect of network fracturing was analyzed, providing a complete set of thoughts for the optimization design of network fracturing for horizontal well. This study has been applied in 11 horizontal wells of Huangling Area, all obtaining satisfactory results, which can provide effective guidance for the network fracturing design of horizontal well in low permeability and tight oil reservoirs.
