Central part of Xing 6 District has undergone basic well pattern, primary infill and secondary infill adjustments in the development history over 40 years. By the end of December 2009, comprehensive average water cut was 92.6% in the district, which was at ultra-high water cut stage. Through analysizing on the producing degree and remaining oil distribution characteristics of PuⅠ1-3 reservoirs, this paper puts forward a set of development mode of polymer flooding used separate injection technology to decline the intrabed effect, which regards the PuⅠ1-3 reservoirs as a set of strata series. Injection-production well spacing of polymer flooding is maintained in the range of 150 m or less than 150 m. A row of polymer flooding wells is located between primary infill well line and secondary infill well line, which forms the five-spot areal well pattern of production well and injection well line, in which the line spacing is 100 m, well spacing is 200 m in well line and injection-production well spacing is 141 m. This paper predicts the development effect and economic benefits, which is of a guiding significance for future well pattern deployment and adjustment of polymer flooding.
