文中介绍了改性聚糖类钻井液防塌润滑剂(MAPG)的合成及反应机理,并评价其对钻井液性能的影响。该润滑剂由工业级淀粉、辛醇及磺化类催化剂等反应制得,呈黑褐色,水溶性为97.3%。当膨润土浆及模拟现场浆中MAPG和MEG的加量分别为5%时,其对流变性影响很小,有明显的降滤失作用,形成的泥饼致密光滑,润滑系数降低率为86.9%,钻屑回收提高率在80.0%以上,岩心线性膨胀降低率均超过66%,抗温达140 ℃,抗盐达35%。
Synthesis and reaction mechanism of anti-sloughing lubricant for a modified glycan drilling fluid are presented and its influence on the drilling fluid properties is evaluated in this paper. The dark brown agent is synthesized by the reaction of the industrial-grade starch, octanol, and sulfonated catalyst. The water solubility is 97.3%. When the MAPG and MEG of 5% is added in soil slurry and simulated field slurry respectively, the influence on rheological is very small, but the effect on fluid loss property is obvious. And the formed mud cake is tight and smooth. Reduced rate of frictional coefficient is 86.9%. Cuttings recovery rate is above 80.0%. Core linear expansion rate of decrease is more than 66%. Temperature resistance is up to 140℃ and salt resistance is 35%.
