摘要
川西新场构造蕴藏丰富的天然气资源,截至2010年底,仅新场构造沙溪庙组气藏累计提交探明储量已达600×108 m3,但由于储层低孔低渗,开发效果一直欠佳。随着长水平段水平井和大型加砂压裂技术的应用,该类型气藏开发效果得到显著提升。新沙21-27H井是部署在新场构造北翼的一口以沙溪庙组为目的层的长水平段水平井,具有裸眼段长、水平段长、位移大、摩阻和扭矩大等特点。文中对该井施工的难点进行了分析,通过井眼轨迹控制措施、摩阻和扭矩监测技术以及良好的钻井液性能,并配合高效PDC钻头,大大提高了钻井效率,取得了良好效果。
Abstract
Natural gas resources are very rich in Xinchang structure of western Sichuan. The accumulated proven reserves have been reached 60 billion cubic meters by 2010 only in Shaximiao Formation of Xinchang structure. Development effect has been poor because of its low porosity and low permeability. However, with the application of long horizontal section well and large sand fracturing technology, the development effect is significantly improved. Well Xinsha 21-27H with long horizontal section about which target zone is Shaximiao Formation is deployed in the northern part of Xinchang structure. The well has the characteristics of long open hole section, long horizontal section, large displacement, large friction and torque. The construction difficulties are analyzed in this article. Through making the hole trajectory control measures, monitoring friction and torque and using good performance of drilling fluid, cooperated with PDC bit during drilling, the drilling efficiency of the well is greatly improved.
