摘要
等离子通道钻井技术是一种利用高电压脉冲能量发生器装置,在岩石中形成高能等离子通道以破碎岩石的新型钻井技术,基本原理是充分利用由高能等离子体形成的等离子通道破碎岩石。该技术在室内试验取得了一定成功,有望成为一种简单易行、经济、高效、环保的新型实用钻井技术。文中详细介绍了等离子通道钻井技术的基本理论和相关室内试验,总结了等离子通道钻井技术相较于传统常规钻井技术的优点,客观全面地分析了等离子通道钻井技术发展的技术瓶颈和发展趋势,同时提出国内钻井技术研究应将等离子通道钻井技术作为未来关键技术发展储备的建议。
Abstract
Plasma channel drilling technology is a new kind of drilling technology that makes use of the high voltage pulse energy generator to produce high voltage pulse energy and form a high energy plasma channel in rocks to break them. This technology has achieved some success in the indoor experiment, and is expected to become a kind of simple, economical, high efficient,environmental friendly and new practical drilling technology. This paper introduces the basic theory and the related indoor test of plasma channel drilling technology in detail, summarizes the advantages of this technology compared with traditional conventional drilling technologies, objectively and comprehensively analyses the key technology bottlenecks and development trends in future. At the same time, it suggests that the plasma channel drilling technology should be reserved for future technology development.
