Abstract
Underground gas storage can be built by using the oil well in low pressure reservoir. The amount of gas injection and production for reservoir need be much large. There is a good passage from reservoir to well. Perforating operation can provide channels for oil and gas, also can cause pollution or even damage. If the perforating technology (Equipment, parameter and negative pressure value, etc) is not reasonably selected, the pollutions or damages are more serious compared with that in the process of drilling. Therefore, the perforating technology should be optimized to avoid the reservoir pollution or damage and attain the expected productivity of oil well. In this study area, the depth of old wells in the fault blocks reservoir with low pressure is between 3,300 and 5,500 m. Lost circulation accidents happen repeatedly in these old wells. What′s more, the bottom layers with low pressure and high permeability exist in the reservoir, and the cementation of the bottom layers is not good, which is the section occurred accidents more easily. Based on the characteristics of cementing and completing, the perforation optimization job is necessary in constructing the underground gas storage by using these old well and the perforation technology is optimized combined with the actual situation of reservoir. In order to complete the construction task promptly, safely and economically, the construction technology considers construction progress and material supply.
