Hydraulic breaking rock technology on high-strength drill pipe with non-standard water hole

塔里木盆地新生界及中生界地层发育,埋深5 000 m以内,砂泥岩巨厚,但成岩年代较晚,压实程度较低,地层可钻性相对较好,是水力破岩的重点井段。研究出非标大水眼高强度钻杆,以此降低沿程水力消耗,在相同施工泵压下提高钻头水功率及喷射速度,提高水力破岩效果。现场应用表明,该钻具具有良好的提速效果,钻井周期较设计缩短20.54 d,周期缩短率38.76%,机械钻速提高2.63 m/h,提高率43.62%,在超深井上部井段实现了优快钻进。
Strata developed well in Cenozoic and Mesozoic of Tarim Basin and buried depth is within 5,000 m with thick formation. But diagenesis period is late. Compaction degree is low and formation drillability is relatively good, which is the focal section of hydraulic breaking rock. The high-strength drill pipe with non-standard water hole is studied, which can decrease the hydraulic consumption. Bit hydraulic horsepower and injection power are improved at same pump pressure, which hydraulic breaking rock effect is improved. A good effect has been obtained through field application. Drilling cycle is shortened for 20.54 days compared with the designed days and the shortened rate of cycle is 38.76%. ROP raises 2.63 m/h and rising rate is 43.62%. Drilling with high quality and high speed is realized in upper section of ultra-deep well.
