新型Gemini表活剂的合成及其降低油水界面张力性能

Synthesis and property of Gemini surfactant in reducing oil-water interfacial tension

以胱氨酸钠和油酰氯为原料,通过1步反应合成了一种新型阴离子Gemini表面活性剂——二油酰胺基胱氨酸钠(Sodium dioleoylamino cystine,SDOLC),并利用界面张力仪研究了SDOLC降低油水界面张力性能。结果表明,利用地层水配制质量分数为0.10%的 SDOLC溶液,可以在低碱质量分数下与大庆油田原油达到10-2 mN/m量级的界面张力。Ca2+和Mg2+的存在使体系油水界面张力升高,络合剂羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠HEDP·Na4可以屏蔽Ca2+和Mg2+对界面张力的影响,增强体系的耐Ca2+和Mg2+能力, 并降低碱剂的用量。
A new anionic Gemini surfactant, sodium dioleoylamino cystine (SDOLC)  was synthesized by one-step reaction of sodium cystine and oleoyl chlorine . The propery of reducing oil-water interfacial tension was investigated by interface tensiometer. It was found that SDOLC solution of 0.1% content, made up by formation water, can obtain the interfacial tension of 10-2 mN · m-1 magnitude of crude oil in Daqing Oilfield at low alkali concentration. The oil-water interfacial tension increases with the concentration of Ca2+ and Mg2+ increased, whereas this adverse effect were screened by adding complexing agent tetra sodium of 1-hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid(HEDP.Na4). Furthermore, the presence of HEDP.Na4 improves the Ca2+, Mg2+ tolerance ability and reduces the alkali concentration for the SDOLC/NaOH/HEDP.Na4 mixed system.
