套损后注水井浅层高压区预测

Prediction of shallow high-pressure region for injection well after casing damage

注入水沿套损部位进入地层,在井壁附近易形成一个异常高压区。异常高压区一旦形成,对后续钻井会造成极大危害。文中在分析浅层高压区形成机理及危害的基础上,利用有限元模拟技术进行计算模拟,预测独立砂体、断层遮挡2种类型高压区的范围和压力大小随时间变化情况,并分析钻关井泄压方法的效果,在南二区高173-152井区、西二断块高429-27井区、杏12区3个区进行实际应用发现,预测结果与实际应用符合率达85%以上,泄压后固井优质率达78.4%,经济效益较好。
Injected water into formation along the position damaged by casing will form an abnormal high-pressure region, which is harmful for the subsequent drilling. Based on fully analysis of the formation mechanism and harm about abnormal high-pressure region and using finite element simulation techniques, this paper predicts the pressure change of abnormal high-pressure region with time for individual sand body and fault screened, and analyzes the effect of pressure relief. Applications in South 2 Gao 173-152, West 2 Fault Block Gao 429-27 and Xing 12 well areas show that the coincidence rate is more than 85% and the cementing perfection rate is 78.4%, getting significant economic benefits.
