隔水导管打桩作业是浅海石油勘探开发中至关重要的一个环节,分析不同因素条件对打桩的影响具有很大的难度。文中针对接箍对隔水导管打桩的影响进行了深入研究,提出了接箍对隔水导管打桩作业影响的分析方法及模型。以南海文昌13-6油田为例,分析计算了有无接箍条件下隔水导管打桩作业的锤击数和贯入率。研究结果表明,无接箍的隔水导管在打桩作业中具有更好的时效性和经济性。
The conductor piling operation is a critical step of oil exploration and development in shallow sea and it is difficult to analyze the pilling influence with consideration of different factors. This paper analyzes and studies deeply the influence of coupling on conductor piling, proposes the analysis model and method, and compares the conventional analysis model and method. Taking one field in South China Sea as an example, it comparatively analyzes the blow number and penetration ratio for conductor piling operation with and without coupling. The results show that the conductor piling operation without coupling has good timeliness and economical efficiency.
