Abstract
At present, the accurate and quantitative characterization of complex fault-block reservoir is the difficulty and research hotspot for reservoir geological modeling. In this paper, taking the geological modeling of complex fault-block reservoir for ZⅡoil group of Kong1 Member in Zaobei Area, Zaoyuan Oilfield as an example, based on the data such as geological research, log and seismic interpretation, using RMS software and combining the modeling technique of RMS with basic geological research, the corresponding research countermeasures are put forward according to the difficulties of structure modeling, micro-facies modeling and attribute modeling. Based on the methods, it turns the geology understanding into constraint condition accurately. It also uses many ways to check and correct the model to make sure that the model is according with the underground geological conditions. The difficulties of reservoir modeling are resolved effectively. The stochastic modeling precision of complex fault-block reservoir is improved. The model can provides reliable geology basis for the further numerical modeling and the exploration of potential target in study area.
