A new model of fluid flow in fractured carbonate reservoir

裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层主要靠裂缝连通,流体流动规律复杂,不符合常规砂岩油藏的流体流动规律及达西定律。由于裂缝性储层取心难度大,导致针对此类油藏已建立的流体流动数学模型,室内难以验证。根据裂缝性碳酸盐岩基质渗透率与裂缝宽度的特点,使用一定比例的碳酸盐岩粉末与不锈钢粉末研制了裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层模拟岩心,以煤油为介质,进行了室内岩心流动实验,研究了流量与压差、裂缝宽度、裂缝长度等因素之间的规律。根据因次分析理论,在考虑影响裂缝性碳酸盐岩油藏流体流动诸因素的基础上,推导出裂缝性碳酸盐岩油藏流体流动的准则方程,并通过对实验数据的多元线性回归处理,建立了裂缝性碳酸盐岩油藏回归流动经验模型,得出新的裂缝性碳酸盐岩油藏流体流动规律,为其储层损害评价的建立及储层保护技术提供理论指导。
Fractured carbonate reservoir is mainly connected by fractures, which can not meet the Darcy law and follow the conventional laws of fluid flow in sandstone reservoir. As the coring in the fractured reservoir is difficult, the mathematical model of fluid flow is established for such reservoir lacked corroboration from actual core experiments. According to the matrix permeability and fracture width characteristics of fractured carbonate reservoir and using a certain proportion of carbonate powder and stainless steel powder, we simulate the core of fractured carbonate reservoir. Kerosene is taken as the medium for the core flow experiments to study the relationship between flow rate and pressure difference, fracture width, fracture length and other factors. Then, on the basis of considering the flow pattern of fractured carbonate reservoir, the dimensionless equation of flow for fractured carbonate reservoir is established by theory of dimensional analysis. The mathematical model for fractured carbonate reservoir is obtained by the multiple linear regression treatment of experimental data, which reveals a new fluid flow law of fractured carbonate reservoir and provides a theoretical guidance for formation damage evaluation and reservoir protection technology.
