Relationship of pump-stopping pressure drop characteristics of acid fracturing and hole size for carbonate reservoirs

通过对停泵压降曲线进行分析,可以确定裂缝几何尺寸、滤失系数、闭合时间等参数,但现有的压降分析解释技术只适合于均质油藏,而不能解释缝洞型碳酸盐岩储层的相关参数。在总结经典G 函数压降曲线分析方法的基础上,根据缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏的非均质特征,利用注水压降试井模型和物质平衡原理,建立了适合缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏的停泵压降评价方法,该方法可有效判断人工裂缝沟通缝洞体的规模、层位和流动特征。实例应用表明,该方法具有较高的可靠性和实用性,对酸压设计和施工效果评价具有重要的指导意义。
Based on the analysis of pump-stopping pressure drop curve, the parameters such as the geometry, filtration coefficient and closing time of fracture can be determined. But the available pressure drop analysis technique is only suitable for low permeability reservoir and can not explain the related fracture parameters for fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs. Based on the analysis method of classic G function pressure drop curve and according to the heterogeneity characteristics of fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoir, this paper establishes the evaluation method of pump-stopping pressure drop suitable for fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoir by using the water injection pressure drop test model and material balance principle, which can effectively judge the hole size, position and flow characteristics of artificial fracture communicated with fracture-vug body. The examples show that this method has good reliability and practicability. It also has important guiding significance for the acid fracturing effect evaluation and acid fracturing design.
