准确掌握压裂施工动态是提高压裂工艺成功率的关键。施工压力是反映压裂施工动态的最直接有效的指标,基于压裂施工动态摩阻对施工压力的干扰,在理论分析的基础上,分别建立了压裂施工过程中的管柱摩阻、射孔孔眼摩阻及裂缝迂曲摩阻计算模型,并分别对各类摩阻的影响因素进行了敏感性分析,最后利用实际压裂施工井验证了压裂摩阻计算模型的准确性。研究结果表明:所建立的压裂施工动态摩阻计算模型基本能满足工程需要;当孔密足够大时,与管柱摩阻和裂缝迂曲摩阻相比,射孔孔眼摩阻可忽略不计;裂缝宽度对裂缝迂曲摩阻的影响最为显著,在压裂施工过程中,保证足够的裂缝宽度能有效降低裂缝迂曲摩阻。
Accurately mastering the fracturing operation performance is the key to improve the technology success rate. Operation pressure is the most direct and effective index to reflect the fracturing operation performance. The fracturing dynamic friction has a great interference on the operation pressure. So the fracturing string friction model, perforation friction model and fracture tortuous friction model are built based on theoretical analysis. And the sensitivity analysis of friction influence factors has been done. The accuracy of fracturing friction models is verified with the fractured well in field. The results show that the fracturing friction models can basically satisfy the engineering requirement. When the perforating density is large enough, the perforation friction can be neglected comparing with the string friction and fracture tortuous friction. The fracture width has a great influence on fracture tortuous friction. Keeping enough width for the fracture can effectively reduce the fracture tortuous friction in the process of fracturing.
