摘要
节能降耗是油田开发工作中一个永恒的主题,充分利用地层温度和伴生气等天然能源和资源来降低电潜泵井能耗是不可忽视的方向。文中以N稠油油田、B高泡点高气油比油田和L低气油比油田为计算实例,进行泵挂深度对电潜泵井能耗影响的模拟计算分析。结果表明,电潜泵井通过优化合理泵挂深度可以充分利用地层温度、溶解气等天然能源和资源,达到降低电潜泵井能耗的目的;稠油、高泡点高气油比、低泡点压力低气油比或高含水等几类油田的合理泵挂深度是不一样的;模拟研究结果对以后采油工艺方案设计及现场生产管理在节能降耗方面都有一定的参考价值。
Abstract
Energy saving is a timeless theme of oil and gas field development. Taking full use of natural energy and resources such as formation temperature and associated gas to decrease the energy consumption of ESP is the direction not to be ignored. Taking N heavy oilfield, B high bubble point and high gas oil ratio oilfield and L low gas oil ratio oilfield as a calculation case, this paper analyzes and simulates the influence of pump setting depth on the energy consumption of ESP. Results show that ESP wells can achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption through optimazing the pump setting depth to take full use of natural energy and resources such as formation temperature and solution gas. The reasonable pump setting depth is different for the oilfields with heavy oil, high bubble point and high gas oil ratio, low bubble point and low gas oil ratio or high water cut. This simulation result has certain reference value for next oil production process design and on-site energy-saving and cost-reducing.
