摘要
高压喷射钻井是实现钻井提速的有效手段。塔里木盆地作为我国石油工业的战略接替地区,钻井提速的需求非常迫切。针对塔河地区高压喷射钻井先导试验过程中存在的问题,通过环空流场数值模拟研究,分析了钻井液排量、流变性能等参数对水力能量的影响,开展了钻井装备优化配置,制定了钻井参数优化方案,并在3口井进行了现场试验。试验表明,采用推荐的高压喷射钻井参数优化方案施工,对钻井提速具有非常显著的效果,建议在塔河地区推广应用。
Abstract
High pressure jet drilling is an effective way to accelerate ROP. It is very urgent to improve ROP in Tarim Basin since it is the strategic substitution area of Chinese petroleum industry. The problems encountered during the pilot tests of high pressure jet drilling in Tahe region were discussed. The annual flow field, the influence of output volume and rheology of drilling fluid on the hydraulic energy were analyzed in three wells. The drilling equipment was optimized based on the study, and an optimum scheme of drilling parameters was applied. The result shows that the recommended scheme of drilling parameter of high pressure jet drilling accelerates ROP enhancement significantly, so the application of high pressure jet drilling should be applied extensively in Tahe Region.
