摘要
气体钻井在某些方面具有常规钻井液钻井不可比拟的优势,尤其在深层海相地层勘探开发中提高钻速、降低成本方面,应用前景广阔;然而地层出水后,如果不能及时发现和处理,有可能造成井壁失稳等井下复杂事故,影响气体钻井的安全性。文中系统总结了气体钻井地层出水的预测方法,介绍了气体钻井地层出水的监测原理、仪器和解释方法,建立了气体钻井地层出水井筒气液两相流流型转化模型、液滴大小和尺寸分布模型、气体携液模型,结合具体应用情况,对气体钻井过程中地层出水后的携水规律进行了计算分析。分析结果与现场施工情况吻合,表明文中给出的模型具有现场应用价值。
Abstract
Gas drilling has some unparalleled advantages compared with conventional drilling in some aspects and especially it can shorten the drilling time and lower the drilling cost of exploration and development in deep marine strata, having the broad prospects for application. However, after the formation water produces, it may cause complex accidents such as borehole instability which affect the safety of gas drilling if not timely detecting and treating. This paper systematically summarizes the prediction method, introduces the monitoring principles, instrument and interpretation methods of formation water production during gas drilling and establishes the transformation model of wellbore gas-liquid flow patterns, the distribution model of droplet size and dimensions and the liquid carrying model of gas. The results are identical with field operations through the calculation and analysis of liquid carrying law after the formation water produces. It is shown that the model presented in this paper has a field application value.
