砾岩油藏“双高”阶段利用过层井资料挖掘剩余潜力

 Using data of through-layer well to tap potential of remaining oil at stage of high recovery degree and high water cut of conglomerate reservoir

 文中针对目前克拉玛依油田七中、东区克上组砾岩油藏处在高采出程度、高含水率的“双高”阶段下剩余油分布严重不均匀,加密调整存在风险等问题,提出如何有效利用工区内大量过层井资料以降低调整风险,并首次探索提出通过老取心井与邻近过层井电阻率曲线形态来提取相似层段声波时差数据,建立老取心井与过层井的声波时差关系,对过层井进行测井解释,解决了老取心井与过层井的匹配问题;然后根据相渗曲线确定残余油饱和度,结合过层井解释结果,采用变换容积法计算过层井单井控制下的剩余可采储量;最后依据经济极限产油进行潜力分级,找出经济有效潜力区,摸索出一套适合砾岩油藏“双高”阶段下利用过层井资料进行挖潜增效的方法。现场新钻井投产效果表明:应用上述方法,充分利用好过层井资料能更加有效地挖掘剩余潜力。
 Aimed at the serious non-uniform distribution of remaining oil and the risk of infilling adjustment at the stage of high recovery degree and high water cut of Keshang Formation conglomerate reservoir in the middle-east part of Block VII of Karamay Oilfield and how to effectively use a lot of data of through-layer to reduce the risk of adjusted well, this paper took the exploration countermeasures by similar curve shape between the old and neighboring through-layer wells to extract the data of acoustic time, established the acoustic time relationship between cored well and through-layer wells and did the log interpretation. The matching problem between the old cored wells and through-layer wells was resolved. Then, the residual oil saturation was determined according to the relative permeability curve. The remaining recoverable reserves controlled by through-layer of single well were calculated using transform volume method. Combined with the economic limit, the oil potential was graded and the potential areas were identified, choosing a reasonable method suitable for the potential tapping of conglomerate reservoir at the stage of high recovery degree and high water cut. The production effects of new wells show that the above methods can effectively tap the potential of remaining oil by using the data of through-layer well.
