Study on mechanical property of vertical drilling systems matching with single stabilizer

 国内外研发的垂直钻井系统在防斜快速钻进过程中表现出良好的优越性,在高陡构造地层得到了越来越广泛的应用。在充分调研垂直钻井系统配合单稳定器钻具组合的结构特征和工作原理的基础上,应用三弯矩方法建立了垂直钻井系统配合单稳定器钻具组合的力学模型,推导出钻头侧向力和钻头转角的计算公式,编制了计算程序,采用宣页1井的现场施工数据进行数值求解,分析了垂直钻井系统导向块与稳定器配合位置、井斜角、井眼扩大率、钻井液密度、稳定器外径、钻压、井眼曲率等因素对垂直钻井系统配合单稳定器钻具组合造斜特性的影响规律,并以井斜趋势角为衡量参数,讨论了主动力与最大钻压的关系。
The vertical drilling systems developed at home and abroad have been used widely in highly-dipped formations, which have showed outstanding advantages in hole deviation controlling and fast drilling. Based on the study of structural features and work principles about vertical drilling tools equipped with single stabilizer, the mechanics analysis model of vertical drilling tools equipped with single stabilizer was developed by using beam-column method. The formula was deduced for calculating lateral forces and the deflection angles of bits, and the calculator program was developed to solve the field operating data of Well Xuanye 1. The influence laws of main factors such as the coordinating position between automatic vertical pad and stabilizer, angle of inclination, borehole enlargement, drilling fluid density, stabilizer of outside diameter, WOB, borehole curvature on the characteristics of vertical drilling tools equipped with single stabilizer were analyzed. The relationship between active force and maximum WOB was analyzed by using the trend angle of deviation.
