 油管与套管抗内压强度研究

 在深井、超深井钻井过程中,由于钻杆与套管长时间的接触会造成上层套管受到不均匀磨损,导致套管抗内压强度降低,给安全钻井带来隐患。文中针对API 5C3模型已不能准确预测套管实际抗内压强度的问题,研究了材料的屈强比对油、套管爆裂强度的影响规律,给出了具有更高精度的油、套管抗内压爆裂计算新模型。结果表明,该模型计算出的油管套管爆裂强度精度较高,能够较好地反映油管套管真实的抗内压强度,对改善油管套管设计具有一定的参考价值。
 During the drilling of deep wells and ultra-deep wells, non-uniform casing wear occurs due to the frequent contact between the drill pipe and the casing, which leads to the reduction of the internal pressure strength of casing, bringing a threat to drilling safety. Aimed at the situation that API 5C3 model can not predict the actual casing strength, the influence law of material yield strength ratio on the burst strength of tubing and casing is studied and a more precise calculation model of internal pressure burst of tubing and casing is established in this paper. The results show that the burst strength precision of tubing and casing calculated by this model is high, which can represent the actual internal pressure strength of tubing and casing and provide references for the improvement of casing design.
