Abstract
Economic boundary of oil/gas field developmentis an important index about which whether a new oil/gas field can be put into development and construction and whether it presents the industrial development value. The index is the important parameter of feasibility analysis on oil/gas field development. Total output model is set up and boundary model of initial production of single well is modified according to the features of gas reservoir with high sulfur content. Economic boundary estimation of single well is carried out for one gas reservoir with high sulfur content through the use of relative model. The estimation shows that the economic boundary required by vertical well is the lowest with horizontal being the highest. With the growth of stable producing life, the lower the initial production of single well is, the higher the boundary of geological reserves and economic recoverable reserves controlled by single well is. Sensitivity analysis of initial production boundary of single well shows that the influence of natural gas price is the greatest on initial production boundary of single well. Analysis results have been fully applied for the study of development policy and deployment of gas reservoir.
