摘要
腰英台地区深井地层具有岩石可钻性差、井壁稳定性差、井底温度高等特点,因此钻速较慢,钻井周期较长。为加快该地区的勘探开发进度,降低钻井成本,在该地区进行了深井钻井提速技术研究。通过针对不同地层的多种PDC和牙轮钻头优选、井底动力钻具和复合钻井试验、新型射流式冲击钻井工具试验及深井抗高温防塌钻井液研究应用等方面的攻关研究,最终形成了一套适合腰英台深井的钻井提速技术。经过现场3口井的应用,取得了显著的提速效果,平均机械钻速提高13.7%,平均钻井周期缩短27.1%。新型钻井液体系的应用有效降低了钻井复杂时效,提高了井身质量,为钻井提速创造了有利条件。建议在该地区继续进行新工具新工艺的现场试验,最终形成一套完善的深井钻井提速技术。
Abstract
Deep wells are characterized by poor rock drillability, instable borehole wall and high bottom temperature in Yaoyingtai Area, resulting in a slow drilling speed and long drilling period. In order to accerlerate the pace of exploration and development and to reduce the drilling cost in this area, the study on improving drilling speed of deep well was conducted. Through the optimization of PDC and roller bits that are suitable for different strata, test of downhole dynamic drilling tool and combined drilling, test of new-type water jetting drilling tool and research on resistance to high temperature and anti-sloughing drilling fluid, a set of improved techniques of drilling speed for deep well in Yaoyingtai Area are formed at last. Obvious improved result has been achived through the field applilcation in three wells. The average ROP is increased by 13.7%, and the average period of drilling is decreased by 27.1%. With the application of new drilling fluid system, complex outage time is reduced and the quality of wellbore is enhanced efficiently, which contribute to fast drilling operation. It is suggested that the field test of new drilling tools and new techniques should be continued in the area, and finally a set of improved techniques of drilling speed will be formed.
