摘要
随着页岩气等非常规油气藏勘探开发力度的加大,越来越需要一种抑制性强、配伍性好、成本低、化学与生物毒性低的水基钻井液。通过室内试验,综合评价了复合硅酸盐与不同钻井液处理剂的配伍性,优选出了硅磺聚合物强抑制钻井液盐水和淡水基本配方,与其他强抑制钻井液体系的对比评价实验表明,该强抑制性硅磺聚合物钻井液抗温达150 ℃,抗盐达饱和,有较好的抗钙、镁离子污染和黏土污染的能力,具有较好的防塌效果,有利于维持井壁稳定。同时,该体系钻井液在现场配制工艺简单,成本较低,当根据需要调整到合理的设计性能后,体系具有很好的流变性,钻井液性能稳定,维护简便,携砂能力好,有利于井眼清洁,具有广泛的应用前景。
Abstract
With the increasing of exploration and development degree of unconventional reservoirs such as shale gas reservoir, a water base drilling fluid with the characteristics of strong inhibition, good compatibility, low cost, low chemical and biological toxicity is greatly needed. Through laboratory testing, the compatibilities between composite silicate and different drilling fluid treating agents were assessed, and the salt water and fresh water formula of silicate-sulfonate polymer drilling fluid with strong inhibition was optimized. Especially, it is indicated that this silicate-sulfonate polymer drilling fluid with strong inhibition can tolerate the temperature of 150℃ and saturated salt water, and has the ability of anti-contamination of calcium, magnesium ion and clay through the experiment of comparison with other strong-inhibition drilling fluids. It also has a good anti-sloughing effect and is of benefit to the maintenance of stable wellbore. Meanwhile, the preparation technology of the drilling fluid system is simple, with cost low. After adjusted to reasonable design performance by requirement, the system has a good rheological property, stable drilling fluid performance, convenient maintenance and strong proppant carrying capacity. It be favour of the wellbore cleaning and has a wide application prospect.
