摘要
在分析稠油复合蒸汽驱驱油机理的基础上,利用油田实际数据,建立稠油蒸汽驱数学模型;应用火用传递原理,结合油藏数值模拟技术,计算相关火用传递指标,并将采油速度作为统一评价标准,对4种稠油蒸汽驱技术进行评价、筛选。结果表明:采油速度从高到低的驱动方式依次为蒸汽氮气泡沫连续驱、蒸汽氮气泡沫段塞驱、蒸汽氮气驱和纯蒸汽驱;驱动功率与采油速度之间具有较强的正相关性,说明应用火用传递原理进行稠油热驱技术方案的筛选是可行的。
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the mechanism of compound steam flooding for heavy oil and used the real data of oilfield, the mathematical models of steam flooding are established. According to the exergy transfer theory and combined with the reservoir numerical simulation technology, some related exergy transfer indexes are calculated. Oil production rate is regarded as the uniform criterion to evaluate and screen four steam flooding methods. The result shows that the oil production rate of steam flooding assisted by continual nitrogen foam, steam flooding assisted by cyclic nitrogen foam, steam flooding assisted by nitrogen and pure steam flooding decreases one after another. In addition, the driving power and the oil production rate has strong positive correlation, which shows that applying exergy transfer theory to screen the thermal driving methods for heavy oil is feasible.
