酸压技术作为碳酸盐岩油气藏储层增产改造的重要措施,已得到广泛应用,并取得了良好效果。酸压成功的关键,是形成一定长度的具有高导流能力的酸蚀裂缝。文中在阐述国内外酸蚀裂缝导流能力实验研究及预测模型研究现状的基础上,提出现有的酸蚀裂缝导流能力室内模拟实验装置存在以下不足:考察范围有限、裂缝导流能力室内模拟实验研究与现场原型相似性不足、室内实验的温压条件模拟存在一定缺陷、实验考察因素的完备性有待完善等。建议结合相似准则,完善室内酸液流动反应模拟实验装置和实验研究方法。通过分析各影响因素之间的交互作用,构建相互独立的参数群,建立考察因素更全面的酸蚀裂缝导流能力预测模型。
As one of the important stimulation techniques for carbonate reservoir, acid fracturing has been successfully applied, getting a good effect. Forming long acid-etched fractures with high conductivity is the key to the success of acid fracturing. Based on the overview of important progresses in the study of acid-etched fracture conductivity at home and abroad, including the experiments and the predicting models, this paper pointed out some of the shortcomings in current study: the limited investigation of current lab-scale simulation model of acid-etched fracture conductivity; the lack of similarity between lab simulation and field prototype; the deficiency existing in the simulation of pressure and temperature; the completeness of experimental inspection factors needs to improve. Thus, several suggestions are given to optimize both the acid flow reactor simulation apparatus and experimental methods. Through analyzing the interaction between each influence factor and forming the mutual independent parameter groups, a new predicting model of acid-etched fracture conductivity considering more influence factors is built.
