针对中原油田高温高盐油藏开发后期的剩余油挖潜,提出了聚合物微球深部调驱的技术设想。通过调整水相比、交联剂比例和耐温抗盐单体共聚,研制出了适用于文东试验区孔喉尺寸及油藏特征的系列调驱微球;在高温高盐油藏条件下,评价了微球的膨胀性能、抗剪切强度和稳定性;采用均质和非均质填砂模型,模拟了微球质量浓度、注入量和注入模式对调驱效果的影响。在文25东2个层系9个井组进行了微球调驱试验,通过“PI技术”的动态调整,共注入各类调驱微球276.47 t,总体达到了升高注入压力、提高波及体积和明显增油的目的。通过微球调驱,区块自然递减显著下降,油田稳产基础进一步得到增强。
To further exploit the remaining oil in reservoirs with high temperature and high salinity at the late stage of development, the pre-cross linked polymer particle (PCPP) flooding was supposed to be employed in Zhongyuan Oilfield. A series of PCPPs which fit for the pore size and reservoir characteristics in Wendong test area have been developed by methods such as proportion adjustment of water phase and cross linker as well as copolymerization of temperature and salt resistant monomers. At the condition of high temperature and high salinity reservoir, swelling ability, anti-sheering strength and duration stability were evaluated on PCPP. Homogeneous and heterogeneous sand filling models were also employed to simulate the influences of such factors as concentration, mass quantity and injection mode of PCPP on oil recovery, which directly provided academic supporting for field flooding design. Field application, in which a total of 276.47 t of PCPP was injected under the guiding of PI technology, was carried out on 9 well groups in two different development units of eastern Wenliu Block 25. Results show that the injection pressure elevates, sweep efficiency and oil production are improved. The overall slowdown of natural decline rate brought by PCPP flooding has further solidified the foundation of stable oil production in this block.
