准西车排子地区浅薄层超稠油开发的难点与对策

Development difficulties and countermeasures of shallow thin extra?鄄heavy oil reservoir in Chepaizi Area in the western margin of Junggar Basin

针对春风油田埋藏浅、地层温度低、储层发育薄、地下原油黏度高、热敏性好等适合热采的特点,自主研发了水平井、降黏剂、氮气、注蒸汽技术(HDNS),在排601块北部实施了HDNS开发先导试验。结果表明:水平井降低了注汽压力,增加了吸汽能力,油溶性降黏剂降低了近井地带原油黏度,蒸汽加热达到了降黏目的,氮气可降低井筒热损失,在水平井段超覆减少蒸汽用量和热损失,扩大了蒸汽波及体积。该技术已在春风油田广泛应用,并取得良好效果,实现了低品位浅薄层超稠油的高速、高效开发。
Considering the characteristics of Chunfeng Oilfield with shallow burial, low reservoir temperature, thin reservoir development, high crude oil viscosity, but favorable thermal sensitivity which is suitable for thermal recovery, horizontal well, dissolver , nitrogen gas and steam stimulation technologies( HDNS) have been developed. And a pilot test of HDNS has been implemented in the northern part of Pai 601 Block. Result shows that horizontal well reduced the steam injection pressure and increased the steam injection capacity. Oil soluble viscosity reducer decreased the crude oil viscosity near well area. Steam reduced the crude oil viscosity through heating and nitrogen reduced the heat loss of borehole. Nitrogen gas overlap in horizontal section reduced the steam consumption and heat loss, and enlarged the swept volume of steam. The technology has been widely applied in Chunfeng Oilfield and a good effect has been obtained, which realizes the effective development of low?鄄quality shallow thin ultra-heavy oil reservoir.
