Research and practice on conversion of development mode for conventional heavy oil reservoir

欢喜岭油田锦612块大凌河油层为高孔、高渗、块状边底水普通稠油油藏。该油藏投产以来,主要依靠天然能量开采,边部油井全部水淹关井,内部地层压力大幅度下降(仅5 MPa左右),原油黏度升高,油井水窜严重,开发效果不理想,寻求有效开发方式迫在眉睫。通过对水驱、蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱及非混相驱开发方式的研究与实践,确定锦612块大凌河油层应主要立足于常规注水开发,采用水平井与直井多种组合的注水方式,辅以蒸汽吞吐开发,在注水后期转入非混相驱。非混相驱阶段提高采收率9.77%,区块最终采收率为41.17%。
Dalinghe reservoir of Block Jin 612, which has high porosity and high permeability, is a conventional massive heavy oil reservoir with edge water and bottom water in Huanxiling Oilfield. The reservoir has depended mainly on natural energy to develop since it was put into production. Edge oil wells were shut in when they were fully flooded and internal formation pressure dropped greatly(about 5 MPa), with crude oil viscosity rising, channeling of oil well serious and development effect unsatisfactory, which needs to seek the effective development modes. Through the research and practice of development modes that include waterflooding, steam stimulation, steam flooding and immiscible flooding, it is determined that conventional flooding should be adopted for Dalinghe reservoir of Block Jin 612. Composite water injection modes of vertical well and horizontal well should be used, with steam stimulation assisted. Immiscible flooding will be applied at late stage of flooding. Recovery ratio is increased by 9.77% at the immiscible flooding stage and the final recovery efficiency of block is 41.17%.
