Optimization of development mothods for heavy oil reservoir of KS Oilfield

KS油田稠油油藏埋深浅、物性好,以衰竭式开采方式投入开发,目前已进入天然能量开发后期,油田开发效果越来越差。为此,拟通过转换开发方式改善油田开发效果。依据稠油热采开发方式筛选标准,对开发方式的转换进行优选,并利用油藏数值模拟方法进行分析验证。结果表明,在目前开采状态下,蒸汽驱是KS油田稠油油藏的最佳开发方式,原油最终采收率可达42.7%。在此基础上,进一步利用油藏数值模拟方法进行不同蒸汽驱方案的效果预测,优选蒸汽驱转驱时机及注采参数。按照数值模拟优选结果,在稠油油藏J层系进行现场实施,取得了较好的开发效果。
KS Oilfield is a shallow heavy oil reservoir with good property. It was developed in natural depletion manner. Now it is at the late development state on natural energy, and its development effect is getting poor. With this in mind, development effect should be improved through transforming the development method. The development method was optimized according to the screening criteria of heavy oil development. The optimization result was analyzed and verified with reservoir numerical simulation method. The results showed that steam flooding is the best development method for KS Oilfield at current production state. Under steam flooding, the ultimate recovery can be 42.7%. Based on the above, the reservoir numerical simulation method was farther applied to optimize steam flooding conversion opportunity and the parameters of injection and production through forecasting the development effect of different steam flooding schemes. According to the optimized results of numerical simulation, the plan was implemented in J Layer in the heavy oil reservoir, and better development effect was obtained.
