低效稠油油藏开发效果影响因素分析及水平井优化

Influential factor of development effect and optimization of horizontal well for low-efficiency heavy oil reservoir

为了进一步改善边底水稠油油藏的开发效果,达到最终提高该类油藏采收率的目的,以营13?鄄35断块东一段油藏为基础,分析边水油藏和底水油藏的开发效果。边水油藏和底水油藏的开发效果差异较大,底水稠油油藏采用直井开发,由于其初期含水率高、累计产油量低、含水上升速度快,开发效果较差。利用油藏数值模拟方法,分别建立边水、底水油藏的概念模型,研究水平井技术政策界限。结果表明,边水油藏在有效厚度大于3 m、距内油水边界120 m以上区域适于采用水平井热采开发;底水油藏在有夹层区域水平井油层有效厚度达到3.8 m时,热采效果明显优于常规开发效果,而无夹层区域考虑到注蒸汽过程中易造成与底水的沟通,油层有效厚度达到5.6 m时,适于采用常规水平井开发。
In order to further improve the development effect of heavy oil reservoir with edge water and bottom water and to improve the oil recovery finally, based on the reservoir of the first section of Dongying Formation in Ying13-35 fault block, we analyze the development effect of the reservoir with edge water and bottom water. The development effect of edge water reservoir is quite different from bottom water reservoir. The development effect of heavy oil reservoir, developed by vertical well, with bottom water is poor because of high water cut, low cumulative oil production, rapid rising velocity of water cut in initial development stage of vertical well. By using reservoir numerical simulation method, a conceptual model of the reservoir with edge water and bottom water has been established to study the technical policy limits of horizontal well. The study results show that we should use horizontal well to conduct thermal recovery development for the reservoir with edge water in the region of effective thickness of larger than 3 m and a distance to oil-water boundary of larger than 120 m. Thermal recovery development effect of horizontal well is obviously superior to the conventional development for the reservoir with bottom water when the effective thickness of reservoir reaches 3.8 m in sandwich area. We should use the horizontal well to develop when the effective thickness of reservoir reaches 5.6 m because of bottom water coning during steam injection in the area without sandwich.
