Forecasting method of oil-steam ratio in heavy oil steam flooding of Block Qi40 in Liaohe Oilfield

油汽比是评价蒸汽驱过程的重要参数,油汽比越大,说明蒸汽驱的效果越好。研究蒸汽驱油汽比的预测模型及其影响因素对蒸汽驱开采具有重要意义。文中根据能量平衡的原理,将注入油层中的热量转换为蒸汽腔体积,而蒸汽腔的体积又和驱替的油量相关联,由此提出了适合辽河油田齐40块的蒸汽驱驱油速度计算模型,模型同时考虑了初始原油黏度、枯竭作用,以及油层连通系数的影响,并以此来预测蒸汽驱开采的瞬时油汽比,并分析了蒸汽驱油汽比的影响因素,包括注汽温度、注汽干度和蒸汽驱生产年限。最后,利用推导的公式对齐40块的典型井组进行计算发现,该公式对齐40块的适应性较强,符合程度较高。对类似稠油油田的蒸汽驱开采具有重要的借鉴意义。
Oil-steam ratio is an important parameter in evaluating the effect of steam flooding. The bigger the oil-steam ratio is, the better the effect of steam flooding is. It is very important to study the predicting model of oil-steam ratio and its affecting factors for steam flooding production. Based on the energy balance principle, the injected heat quantity in reservoir is converted into the volume of steam chest in this article. The volume of steam chest is related to displaced oil mass. Then a steam flooding model which is fit for Block Qi40 for predicting the displacement velocity was proposed. The effects of initial oil viscosity, exhaustion role and connectivity factor of reservoir are considered in the model. On the basis of this, instantaneous oil-steam ratio of steam flooding production can be predicted and the influential factors of oil-steam ratio of steam flooding can be analyzed, including the effect of steam injection temperature, steam injection dryness and production life of steam flooding on oil-steam ratio. Finally, the oil-steam ratio of a typical well group in Block Qi40 is calculated through the use of derived equation. The result shows that the equation indicates a good fitness for Block Qi40 , which provides a reference for the steam flooding production of similar fields.
